Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding career activities and student engagement initiatives
- Schedule and coordinate career coaching clinics, appointments, and follow up activities
- Organise career workshops, webinars, masterclasses, networking sessions, and employer engagement activities
- Support the delivery of career readiness initiatives including CV reviews, LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation
- Maintain records of student participation and engagement activities
- Coordinate Alumni Buddy, MentorMe, and other alumni engagement programmes
- Maintain employer, industry partner, and stakeholder databases
- Coordinate volunteering, social responsibility, and community engagement activities
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of careers, alumni, employer, community, and networking events
- Maintain accurate student, alumni, employer, and stakeholder records within Educore and other institutional systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in Higher Education, Student Services, Careers Services, Alumni Relations, Employer Engagement, Events Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience coordinating events, projects, or stakeholder engagement activities
- Experience maintaining databases, records, or CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/database systems

Overall Purpose of the Job
- To support the delivery of UoM – Dubai's Careers, Alumni, Employer and Community Engagement activities by coordinating programmes, events, communications, stakeholder engagement activities, surveys, and data management processes across the student lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Engagement & Career Services: Coordinate onboarding career activities, schedule career coaching clinics, organise career workshops, support career readiness initiatives, promote career services, maintain records, track attendance, assist with surveys, advise students on Live Business Project
- Alumni Engagement & Student Alumni Integration: Coordinate Alumni Buddy, MentorMe, and other alumni engagement programmes, support alumni networking events, maintain alumni contact records, coordinate communications, record alumni participation
- Employer & Industry Engagement: Maintain employer databases, coordinate employer visits, promote opportunities, support employer engagement campaigns, assist with surveys, record employer interactions
- Community Engagement & Social Responsibility: Coordinate volunteering, social responsibility, and community engagement activities, support masterclasses and workshops, maintain records
- Events Coordination: Coordinate planning and delivery of events, manage registrations, liaise with stakeholders, coordinate logistics, collect feedback
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in Educore, update engagement records, manage Graduate Destination Survey data collection, assist with data validation, prepare routine reports
- Communications & Marketing Support: Prepare and distribute communications, support newsletters and social media, manage success stories and case studies
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in Higher Education, Student Services, Careers Services, Alumni Relations, Employer Engagement, Events Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience coordinating events, projects, or stakeholder engagement activities
- Experience maintaining databases, records, or CRM systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Good report preparation and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/database systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience within the Higher Education sector
- Experience supporting alumni relations, careers services, or employer engagement activities
- Experience using student management systems, CRM platforms, or engagement management systems
- Experience supporting mentoring, volunteering, or community engagement programmes
- Knowledge of graduate employability, alumni engagement, or stakeholder relationship management
