- Prior to arrivals, prepare all needed documents (registration forms, welcome folders, etc.) to facilitate check in.
- Acknowledge and welcome guests as soon as guest approaches the desk.
- Check OPMS records for guest history and specialized instructions.
- Assist guests in completing the registration form, reviewing entries to ensure important details are included.
- Direct guests to appropriate lifts and coordinate with Concierge staff.
Requirements
- At least 1 year working experience in a hotel.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language).
- Pleasant, friendly, and cheerful attitude.
- This position is for Saudi Nationals Only.

Job Summary
