Role Overview
Join a new home care office supporting clients in Wells, Cheddar, Winscombe, the Mendip Hills, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, Frome, and surrounding villages.
The role supports clients in their own homes and may suit both experienced Care Assistants and people new to care.
Client visits commonly take place early in the morning and late at night, with additional daytime support.

Role overview
Join a new home care office supporting clients in Wells, Cheddar, Winscombe, the Mendip Hills, Midsomer Norton, Radstock, Frome, and surrounding villages.
The role supports clients in their own homes and may suit both experienced Care Assistants and people new to care.
Client visits commonly take place early in the morning and late at night, with additional daytime support.
Role responsibilities
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and help with daily routines.
- Support clients with medication and personal care.
- Assist clients living with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, and other health conditions.
- Support simple clinical tasks such as compression stockings and catheter care.
- Assist with outings, appointments, and shopping.
- Provide light housework, cleaning, and home support.
- Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Role requirements
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are desired.
- Alternate weekend working, including both Saturday and Sunday, is required.
