Responsibilities
- Define and execute business strategy for new card launches globally
- Own commercial negotiations with issuers, processors, and card networks
- Act as program owner across full launch lifecycle from market scoping to post launch optimization
- Coordinate cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
- Manage and deepen ongoing relationships with key ecosystem partners
- Monitor card program KPIs and lead regular partner performance reviews
- Pitch to and partner with large scale global merchants to build out cardholder benefits and lifestyle offers
Requirements
- 5+ years in card, payments, or fintech with direct experience working with card issuers or financial institutions
- Owned a card program from ideation to post launch
- Strong grasp of card payment ecosystem: scheme rules, processor relationships, BIN sponsorship structures, and regional regulatory requirements
- Background in bank issued card programs, fintech/neobank card issuance, or digital asset linked card programs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both required)

About the Company

What You'll Own
- Define and execute the business strategy for new card launches globally identifying, vetting, and securing the right card issuers and BIN sponsors by region.
- Own commercial negotiations with issuers, processors, and card networks assessing technical, product, and regulatory fit end to end.
- Act as program owner across the full launch lifecycle: from market scoping and partner onboarding through to go live and post launch optimization.
- Coordinate cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to keep launches on track.
- Manage and deepen ongoing relationships with key ecosystem partners card issuers, processors, BIN sponsors, and card schemes.
- Monitor card program KPIs and lead regular partner performance reviews to drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Pitch to and partner with large scale global merchants to build out exclusive cardholder benefits and lifestyle offers.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years in card, payments, or fintech with direct experience working with card issuers or financial institutions.
- You've owned a card program from ideation to post launch. This is non negotiable.
- Strong grasp of the card payment ecosystem: scheme rules, processor relationships, BIN sponsorship structures, and regional regulatory requirements.
- Background in bank issued card programs, fintech/neobank card issuance, or digital asset linked card programs all relevant.
- A natural project owner you can run a cross functional squad, manage ambiguity, and drive execution without being told what to do next.
- Exceptional communicator and negotiator, equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the details.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both required).
