Car Polisher Supervisor

Pay: 4,000.00 (AED) - 6,000.00 (AED) per month

You should know about the sanding of new car going to the paint.

Should have knowledge how to instruct the team regarding the sanding.

Should have knowledge before starting the job, You have to check whether the car can be polished or not.

You have to managed 5-7 team members of polishers & the team must finish their work on time.

You will be responsible for handling and finishing the job on time.

You should keep good communications with other departmental supervisors. so that you can finish daily job work based on company policy.

You have to submit daily work report from 9 am starting what and how many cars need to be worked on that day.

Supervise and lead the polishing team, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are met.

Inspect vehicles thoroughly before and after polishing to ensure 100% paint quality checks.

Identify paint defects (scratches, swirls, oxidation, fading, overspray, etc.) and determine corrective polishing techniques.

Ensure proper use of polishing machines, pads, and chemicals for the best finishing results.

Train and guide polishers on polishing techniques, surface preparation, and product application.

Maintain inventory of polishing materials, pads, and chemicals, ensuring safe storage and usage.

Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in the workshop.

Report daily work progress and quality concerns to the Operations Manager.

Minimum 5 years of experience in car polishing and paint surface finishing (preferably in UAE). with proof of experience letters from previous companies.

Strong knowledge of paint inspection, defect correction, and polishing techniques.

In-depth knowledge of all polishing chemicals, compounds, and protective products (wax, ceramic, sealants, etc.).

Ability to conduct 100% quality checks and ensure zero rework.

Supervisory or team-leading experience in an automotive workshop is a must.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
