- Maintain stock of polishing materials and inform management of replenishment needs

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive polishing
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Good knowledge of paint correction and polishing techniques
- Ability to identify paint defects and ensure high quality finishing
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in English

Job Summary
- The Polish Supervisor is responsible for managing the polishing team and ensuring all vehicles are polished to a high standard before delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily work of the polishing team.
- Assign jobs and monitor work progress to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inspect all vehicles after polishing to ensure quality standards.
- Ensure swirl marks, sanding marks, holograms, and other defects are removed.
- Guide polishers in using correct methods, machines, compounds, and pads.
- Coordinate with Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Detailing teams.
- Maintain stock of polishing materials and inform management when supplies need replenishment.
- Train new employees on polishing techniques and quality standards.
- Monitor employee performance and report issues to Workshop Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company health and safety policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive polishing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working with luxury and premium vehicles is preferred.
- Good knowledge of paint correction, polishing techniques, compounds, pads, and equipment.
- Ability to identify paint defects and ensure high quality finishing.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Able to plan work, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English. Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an added advantage.
