- Receive customer vehicles and conduct initial inspections
- Accurately identify customer concerns and service requirements
- Prepare detailed vehicle condition reports and service recommendations
- Create and issue Job Cards with complete and accurate information
- Coordinate with workshop and operations teams to ensure timely execution of repairs and maintenance
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to customers
- Ensure all service documentation is properly completed and maintained
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow ups professionally
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry within Dubai or GCC
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and workshop operations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare accurate reports, estimates, and job documentation
- Strong coordination and follow up skills with technical and operational teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and workshop management systems
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
