Role Overview
Saab, Inc. is looking for a Capture Manager in our Surveillance Systems Division.
This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and capturing strategic business opportunities across our airborne business portfolio.
This individual will work closely with customers, the program management office, business development, engineering, and executive leadership to develop winning strategies for major pursuits and position Saab, Inc. for long-term growth.
The Capture Manager will serve as a trusted partner to customers and stakeholders while helping expand the company’s presence across airborne surveillance, radar, mission systems, electronic warfare, sensors, and other related airborne defense capabilities.
This hybrid position is located at our East Syracuse, NY, office.

Job Description:

- Lead capture strategy and execution for strategic airborne business opportunities within the U.S.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, driving growth across assigned accounts and programs.
