You’ll be part of our Banquets team, working closely with the Banquet Manager and a dynamic group of service professionals who bring events to life every day.

From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, the team plays a key role in delivering memorable experiences that reflect our brand standards and attention to detail.

As a Banquet Captain, you’ll lead the team on the floor, ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

You’ll be the link between the kitchen, service team, and event hosts—keeping everything aligned while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience.

Your role is hands-on and visible, supporting the team, guiding service flow, and stepping in whenever needed to ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

Through your leadership, you’ll help create seamless, thoughtful experiences that truly reflect what Rosewood stands for.
