- Expected salary range is CAD 90,810 to CAD 113,512 annually.
- Final salary depends on experience, education, training, and alignment with role requirements.
Role Overview
The Capital and Maintenance Program Analyst supports business operations for Toronto Hydro’s capital and maintenance work programs.
The role develops processes, procedures, tools, databases, and automated reports to support governance, compliance, and program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project and program gaps, trends, root causes, and recommended solutions.
- Prepare reports on project and program status, outcomes, and operational data.
- Manage contractor performance and coordinate delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead process improvement and process mapping activities.
- Create and maintain reporting applications, forms, and customized databases.
- Support regulatory rate applications, interrogatory responses, and witness preparation related to capital execution work programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; electrical or civil engineering is preferred.
