Role Overview
Bonza is seeking a Canapés Chef specializing in cold kitchen production.
The role requires hands-on production from scratch, not only assembly or plating.
The position supports a creative, fast-paced production environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 3,500–4,000 per month depending on experience.
- Accommodation is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare canapés, hors d’oeuvres, finger foods, mini sandwiches, tartlets, and other cold kitchen items.
- Create doughs, breads, tart shells, and pastry bases through full scratch production.
- Maintain quality, taste, portion control, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Assist in developing new canapé concepts and menu items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Manage stock levels and storage using the FIFO system.
- Support production for events, catering, and daily operations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
