About the Role
Eaton is seeking an experienced Campus Maintenance Manager to establish and lead the maintenance, reliability, and asset management strategy for a new multi-technology manufacturing campus in Dubai.

- Define and deploy a standardized maintenance and reliability strategy across a highly automated manufacturing campus
- Lead maintenance operations across multiple technologies, including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA and automated production systems
- Drive equipment reliability, availability and performance through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs
- Establish critical equipment, spare parts and business continuity strategies to minimize operational risk and downtime
- Champion reliability engineering practices, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance performance
- Build, coach and develop high performing, multi skilled maintenance teams in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ensure maintenance readiness for equipment installation, commissioning, qualification and production ramp up activities
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, manage CAPEX investments and ensure full compliance with EHS, MESH and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent education
- 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience within high volume manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting automated production systems and modern manufacturing technologies

What You’ll Do
- We're looking for an experienced Campus Maintenance Manager to play a pivotal role in this journey. This is not a traditional maintenance leadership position. It is an opportunity to establish the maintenance, reliability and asset management strategy for a new multi technology manufacturing operati
- You will lead maintenance across advanced manufacturing technologies including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA and automated production systems, building the systems, processes and teams that will support world class manufacturing performance for years to come.
