Job Purpose
The Camp Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and supervision of company-provided employee accommodation.
The role ensures that camp facilities are maintained in a safe, hygienic, and orderly condition while supporting the welfare and well-being of employees residing in the camp.
The Camp Supervisor coordinates accommodation allocation, maintenance activities, housekeeping services, transportation arrangements, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
.
Camp Operations & Administration
- Manage the day-to-day operations of employee accommodation facilities.
- Allocate rooms and maintain accurate occupancy records.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, kitchens, dining halls, and recreational facilities.
- Ensure camp rules and company policies are communicated and adhered to by all residents.
- Maintain updated records of residents, room assignments, arrivals, departures, and transfers.
Employee Welfare
- Address employee accommodation-related concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and healthy living environment.
- Coordinate welfare activities and support employee engagement initiatives within the camp.
- Act as the primary point of contact between camp residents and management.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor accommodation regulations and company standards.
- Conduct routine health, safety, and hygiene inspections
- Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency preparedness measures
- Report safety hazards, incidents, and non-compliance issues to management.
- Support audits and inspections by internal and external authorities.
Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor housekeeping standards and cleanliness throughout the camp.
- Ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials, consumables, and camp-related inventory.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
Security & Discipline
- Monitor camp security arrangements and access controls
- Investigate and report disciplinary issues, disputes, or incidents occurring within the camp.
- Ensure visitors comply with camp regulations and security procedures
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp management reports
- Track occupancy levels, maintenance activities, incidents, and employee concerns.
- Maintain records and documentation for audits and management reviews.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in camp administration, accommodation management, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or labor accommodation environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE labor accommodation standards and health & safety requirements.

- Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Maturity in dealing with blue-collar employees from diverse nationalities
- A service-oriented and approachable attitude
- The ability to handle employee grievances and emergencies calmly and professionally
