The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high volumes of customer interactions while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
