You will:
Take inbound & outbound calls from individuals seeking treatment
Build trust quickly in emotionally sensitive conversations
Use strong objection-handling skills
Guide prospective clients toward next steps in the admissions process
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce & EMR systems
Work closely with Admissions to convert leads into successful enrollments
Hit performance goals while maintaining empathy and professionalism
