Job Purpose
Deliver high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls, accurate service request processing, timely follow-up, and issue resolution.
Work in accordance with company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
Call and Ticket Management
- Receive and handle toll-free incoming calls and identify customer needs.
- Create detailed service tickets in the Cloud for Customers system for service requests, complaints, maintenance, spare parts, and warranty documentation.
- Assign tickets to relevant departments and follow up until timely resolution and closure.
- Retrieve voice messages, contact callers, log tickets, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Conduct outbound campaigns for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional activities.
Performance and Development
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets for quality and quantity.
Operational Accountability
- Perform planned activities according to delivery schedules and use resources effectively.
