Job Purpose

Creative Leadership and Direction

• Manage creative direction across campaigns and key initiatives.
• Translate business and marketing briefs into clear and actionable creative directions.
• Review creative concepts for relevance, clarity, impact, and alignment with marketing objectives and target audiences.

Brand and Creative Operations

• Ensure creative outputs comply with brand guidelines and visual standards across channels, materials, and markets.
• Manage the end-to-end creative workflow from brief to final delivery.
• Prioritise and allocate work based on business needs and deadlines while maintaining workload visibility.

Content and Team Management

• Oversee design, video, product visuals, campaign assets, and marketing materials across platforms.
• Manage and guide designers, media team members, and photographers.
