Job Purpose
Manage QA/QC activities, operational delivery, and development targets for electrical products, processes, or related activities.
Lead and support subordinates while maintaining effective quality control and compliance practices.
Management Accountability
- Train, coach, and direct subordinates and form an effective team.
- Delegate assignments and distribute tasks fairly to maintain morale and motivation.
- Perform planned activities according to delivery schedules.
- Use resources effectively to meet objectives within cost and time targets.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
- Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues.
Quality and Compliance
- Ensure quality requirements and effective quality control processes for products or processes.
- Coordinate written systems, policies, procedures, and automation opportunities.
- Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental controls within the defined work area.
