Senior HR Systems Development Analyst

Job Purpose
To support and enhance HR systems and digital solutions by optimizing HR processes, managing system improvements, and collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused services that support business objectives.
Key Accountability Areas
HR Systems & Applications Support:
Support and maintain HR systems.
Coordinate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.
Ensure system configuration aligns with HR policies and business needs.
HR Business Process Improvement:
Analyze and improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, leave, and employee lifecycle.
Develop standardized HR workflows and automate manual activities.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Requirements Management:
Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders.
Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT.
Support solution design and implementation.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system enhancements.
