We are currently seeking experienced Call Center Executives to join our Customer Service Department as part of our continued service enhancement and operational growth.
The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards while achieving performance targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
