to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will support appointment coordination and patient communication in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments and scheduling
- Coordinate and confirm medical appointments with patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and scheduling updates
- Provide clear and professional communication regarding appointment details and instructions
- Support front-office and administrative coordination as needed
- Ensure timely follow-up on missed appointments or schedule changes
- Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with healthcare protocols
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2 years of experience
- in a call center, scheduling, or customer service role (healthcare experience preferred)
- **Bachelor’s degree or Diploma**
- in any relevant field
- Strong communication skills in
- Arabic and English
- (Arabic speakers required)
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with scheduling systems or CRM tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Professional, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare contact center
- Familiarity with appointment management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
