Role overview
This internship supports Global Finance Systems and Support initiatives involving financial systems, business processes, reporting solutions, and support services.
The intern will receive mentorship in enterprise software development, system integration, analytics, and automation.
AI and Copilot development
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of AI-powered Copilot agents for business users and support teams.
- Connect AI and search experiences to SharePoint documentation, Azure DevOps work items, repositories, and knowledge base articles.
- Improve self-service capabilities and support feedback analysis and knowledge management practices.
Business process automation
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power Automate workflows supporting Global Finance Support operations.
- Automate processes between SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
- Create approval processes, notifications, escalations, and status-tracking mechanisms.
SharePoint and Azure DevOps
- Develop and enhance SharePoint-based business applications, service request portals, forms, dashboards, and interfaces.
