Role Overview

Lead Assembly Methods activities and coordinate a team supporting manufacturing operations.

Support product configuration management, manufacturing routings, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Report to the Assembly Methods Manager and coordinate team activities, resources, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate team activities to achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
  • Oversee manufacturing routings, assembly documentation, and work instructions.
  • Support product configuration management and engineering change implementation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams.
  • Participate in production problem-solving and assembly-process improvement.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve delivery or operational issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of relevant management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of configuration management, manufacturing routings, and assembly processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards and Power BI is an asset.
  • Experience with PLM, ERP, or MES systems is an asset.
  • Bilingual French and English ability is preferred.
