Position Summary
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre arrival, check in, throughout the stay and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
