- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify other departments support butler services
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate guest needs
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Position Summary
- As the original house of luxury, St. Regis continues to redefine modern luxury through service. The Butler program is the heart and soul of new luxury, providing high touch, personalized, creative and original service.
Butler Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre arrival, check in, throughout the stay and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them where possible
Required Qualifications
- Related Work Experience: 6 months related work experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
