Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill guest needs during pre arrival, check in, throughout stay and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Requirements
- 6 months related work experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Position Summary

- The Butler provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre arrival, check in, throughout the stay and upon departure, in partnership with other departments.
- The Butler is key to building rapport with guests, proactively anticipate guest needs and acting upon them where possible.
Required Qualifications
- Related Work Experience: 6 months related work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None
