- Lead, supervise, and develop the Butler team to deliver exceptional personalized service
- Ensure all guest preferences, requests, and special requirements are anticipated and fulfilled
- Maintain and continuously improve butler service standards and operational procedures
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for butler staff
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments
- Manage guest feedback and resolve service related concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and productivity to meet operational requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation of guest profiles, preferences, and service requests
- Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
- Support VIP arrivals, special events, and high profile guest requirements
- Prepare departmental reports and assist with budgeting and cost control initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial butler role
- Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest relations
- Proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle VIP guests and sensitive situations with discretion
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts

Role Overview
