Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to principals and guests, ensuring a seamless luxury residential experience
- Oversee daily household operations and coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, security, and maintenance teams
- Manage formal and informal dining service, including table setting, food and beverage service, and event support
- Organize and prepare the residence for family arrivals, departures, meetings, and special occasions
- Maintain inventories of household supplies, luxury items, and guest amenities
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and personal requests as required
- Ensure the residence is maintained to impeccable standards at all times
- Supervise and support household staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Luxury Service, Hotel Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butler, Head Butler, or in luxury hospitality within private households, royal residences, VIP families, Yachts, or 5 star hotels
- Formal butler training from a recognized institution is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of international etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards

Job Purpose
- The Butler / VIP Housekeeper will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service within a high profile private residence, ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the household while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and professionalism.
