- Apply proper meat preparation, cutting, and processing techniques according to customer requests and company SOPs
- Wrap, weigh, label, and price meat cuts accurately and efficiently
- Arrange and replenish meat products in display counters following presentation standards
- Assist customers promptly and professionally, providing product information and recommendations
- Promote additional products and stay updated on current promotions and store offers
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures throughout daily operations
- Operate, clean, and sanitize all butchery equipment in a safe and correct manner
- Conduct daily checks to identify, remove, and record waste, expired, or damaged products
Requirements
- Basic English reading, writing, and interpretation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Excellent listening skills with high attention to detail

Role Summary
- The Butcher is responsible for mincing, meat marination, and preparing required portions of meat in line with the customer’s requirements, section’s operating standards and hygiene control procedures.
- The role holder is also responsible for weighing meat, wrapping it and putting it out for display.
