Job Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager.

Experience and Required Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in business development or sales is required, preferably within a marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agency.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and agency services is required.
- Excellent pitching, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to independently generate business and acquire new clients.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi are required.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities are required.
- Candidates must be able to handle client meetings independently and confidently.
- Willingness to travel and meet potential clients is required.
- Proven ability to convert leads into business is highly preferred.
- An existing network of business owners, startups, SMEs, or corporate clients is an added advantage.
