Role overview
Join Coveo's Strategy and Business Value Team as a senior advisor supporting customer engagements, sales, and growth initiatives across North America.
Lead business value improvement projects focused on Commerce customers and opportunities.
Analyze customer performance, craft solutions aligned with digital objectives, and provide strategic guidance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to demonstrate Coveo's value.
- Lead customer-facing business value assessments for Commerce and identify key metrics and drivers.
- Build business cases and financial models to justify sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate value delivered to the installed base and align business cases with realized value.
- Create thought leadership content and provide training on value-driven thinking.
- Build tools and documentation to simplify business case development.
- Advise on business case best practices as a Commerce subject matter expert.
- Monitor commerce innovation, including generative AI's effect on customer expectations, merchandising, and personalization.
