Role Overview
Lead an experienced team of eight technical writers responsible for Coveo documentation and product content.
Own people and delivery leadership, including writer development, priorities, capacity, and cross-functional partnerships.
Help evolve the user experience of documentation and product content.
Leadership and Delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop eight technical writers through expectations, feedback, performance management, and growth opportunities.
- Own documentation intake, prioritization, capacity planning, delivery commitments, and tradeoff management.
- Build strong partnerships across Product and Engineering and involve writers at the right time.
Documentation and Content
- Establish a user experience content practice covering interface copy, terminology, in-product guidance, and other product content.
- Maintain practical standards for documentation quality and consistency while enabling writer ownership.
- Improve information architecture, navigation, content structure, findability, and documentation tooling.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, search behavior, and artificial intelligence to improve quality or efficiency where appropriate.
