Role overview
Coveo is hiring a Manager, Documentation & Content to lead an experienced team of eight technical writers.
The role owns documentation delivery across Product and improves the documentation and product content experience.
The focus is on people leadership, delivery operations, cross-functional partnerships, and content quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop eight technical writers through feedback, performance management, and career development.
- Own documentation intake, prioritization, capacity planning, delivery risks, and tradeoffs across Product.
- Partner with Product and Engineering so documentation commitments and priorities are clear.
- Establish a user experience content practice covering interface copy, terminology, and in-product guidance.
- Maintain documentation quality and consistency standards while enabling writer ownership.
- Improve information architecture, navigation, content structure, tooling, and documentation experience using feedback, analytics, search behavior, and AI.
Required qualifications
- Experience managing and developing technical writers or content professionals.
- Experience leading documentation for technical products used by developers, administrators, implementers, or other technical audiences.
