Responsibilities
- Engage with Branch Operations, Product Owners, and Customer Experience teams to understand branch workflows and identify digitization opportunities
- Document business processes, usability needs, teller pain points, and regulatory requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and FFT specific functional specifications
- Analyze impact of changes on teller workflows, downstream systems, audit logging, and customer experience
- Work with architecture and development teams to define optimal technical solution
- Participate in design discussions, impact assessments, and system integration planning
- Support API requirements, data mapping, and downstream/upstream system alignment
- Act as primary liaison between business partners and IT teams
- Develop test scenarios and support QA in validating the solution
- Perform UAT coordination, defect triage, and requirement traceability
Requirements
- Deep understanding of branch banking workflows, teller operations, and regulatory requirements
- Strong skills in workflow mapping, process analysis, and user centered design
- Experience with API requirements, integration patterns, and multi system interactions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Proficiency with Agile practices and tools like Azure DevOps / Jira

Role Overview
- The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for the Forms Free Teller (FFT) application plays a critical role in enabling seamless, paperless branch operations.
- The BSA acts as key liaison between Branch Operations, Technology Delivery, Architecture, and downstream applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Branch Operations, Product Owners, and Customer Experience teams to understand branch workflows and identify digitization opportunities.
- Document business processes, usability needs, teller pain points, and regulatory requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and FFT specific functional specifications.
- Analyze impact of changes on teller workflows, downstream systems, audit logging, and customer experience.
- Work with architecture and development teams to define optimal technical solution.
- Participate in design discussions, impact assessments, and system integration planning.
- Support API requirements, data mapping, and downstream/upstream system alignment.
