Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Business Solutions Partner with expertise across Hard and Soft Facility Management Services.
The role works closely with Operations, Commercial, and Bid/Tender teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop practical, competitive, and commercially viable Facility Management solutions.
- Review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models.
- Apply manpower planning, mobilisation, and SLA/KPI considerations to proposed solutions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Bid/Tender teams.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience within Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of Hard and Soft Facility Management Services.
- Experience in FM operations, solutions, tenders, bids, or estimation.
- Ability to review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models.
- Understanding of manpower planning, mobilisation, and SLAs/KPIs.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Business, or a related discipline.
