- Maintain client records in Zoho system

- Knowledge of UAE business regulations and Free Zone policies
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios

Client Interaction
- Guide and handle queries regarding company formation process in UAE and KSA
- Advise on relevant licenses and permits based on client's business activity
- Coordinate routine correspondence with existing clients within 24 hours
- Liaise with government authorities and Free Zone representatives
- Keep clients informed about application progress
- Follow up on post setup services such as bank account opening, immigration, visa, office administration, document clearing
Process Management
- Manage entire company formation process from start to finish
- Handle day to day management of a portfolio of clients in different jurisdictions
- Collect KYC and compliance documents for new and existing clients
- Prepare Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Trade License Application, Power of Attorney
- Research and stay updated on changes in UAE business regulations and Free Zone policies
- Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, HR, accounting, PRO) for seamless processing
- Proactively manage timely renewal of Employment Visas, Labor Permits, and company licenses
Document Management
- Maintain accurate records and client database in Zoho system
- Prepare detailed reports on company formation activities and client satisfaction
- Contribute to development and improvement of company formation processes
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
