Project Role
The Business Process Designer analyzes, develops, and improves workflows.
The role identifies process inefficiencies, proposes optimization solutions, defines product requirements and use cases, and designs continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms.
Required Skills
- SAP Project System (PS) proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of Capex, Opex, and customer projects is required.
- Strong analytical skills, workflow design and optimization experience, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with project management methodologies are required.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in SAP Project System (PS) is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects is listed as an additional qualification.
- Knowledge of SAP PPM and SAP CPM is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Document process flows and create detailed specifications for process improvements.
- Participate in team discussions, contribute solutions, and work independently toward subject-matter expertise.
