Position overview
Support Operations in adopting artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and digital tools.
Identify high-value opportunities, redesign workflows, pilot approved solutions, and embed new ways of working.
Translate operational needs into use cases and move innovations from idea through testing, implementation, measurement, documentation, training, and sustained use.
Work within organizational standards for security, privacy, responsible AI, and technology governance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an Operations AI and innovation opportunity pipeline aligned with priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to understand workflows, controls, dependencies, and stakeholder impacts.
- Assess and prioritize AI, automation, analytics, and existing-system opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, effort, scalability, and readiness.
- Document current-state and future-state processes through maps, procedures, work instructions, user stories, requirements, and decision records.
- Design, configure, test, and support approved pilots using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, JDE, and other approved technologies.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, feedback cycles, issue resolution, implementation readiness, and transition to operational ownership.
