Develop an Operations AI and innovation opportunity pipeline aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
Understand operational workflows, pain points, business rules, controls, system dependencies, and customer or employee impacts.
Prioritize AI, automation, analytics, and existing-system opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, effort, scalability, and adoption readiness.
Document current and future processes through maps, procedures, work instructions, user stories, requirements, and decision records.
Design, configure, test, and support pilots using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, JDE, and other approved technologies.
Coordinate testing, feedback, issue resolution, implementation readiness, and transition into operational ownership.
Develop adoption plans covering engagement, communications, training, job aids, process changes, reinforcement, and support.
Coach teams on responsible AI use, prompt practices, output validation, human oversight, and risk escalation.
Monitor adoption, benefits, quality, and controls and create reusable playbooks, templates, standards, and examples.
Maintain project plans and communicate priorities, decisions, dependencies, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in business, supply chain, operations, information systems, business analytics, change management, or a related field.
One to three years of relevant experience in process improvement, operational analysis, technology enablement, automation, analytics, or change adoption.
Strong co-op, internship, or project experience may also be considered.
Practical experience evaluating, testing, configuring, implementing, or supporting AI and automation solutions.
Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, training, implementation, or adoption support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience with Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, AI tools, or JDE is an asset.
Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
