What You Will Do
- Develop, maintain, and improve KPI, MI, and PI reporting frameworks for organisational performance management.
- Analyse performance, readiness, training effectiveness, and service delivery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders, governance forums, and key stakeholders.
- Establish performance baselines, targets, thresholds, and measures to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Validate data quality and evidence sources to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
- Support performance assurance activities, audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop meaningful performance measures.
Learning and Development
- Learn how performance management frameworks support large-scale defence and training programmes.
