Role Overview
The Business Operations Manager owns the operating system connecting the business and ensures priorities move without the Founder and CEO routing every question or follow-up.
This is a hands-on operations and project-management role for an experienced operator in a small, growing real estate company.
The role builds and governs trackers, scorecards, meeting rhythms, handoffs, backlogs, checklists, escalation rules, and operating tools.

The Role
The Business Operations Manager owns the operating system connecting the business and ensures priorities move without the Founder and CEO routing every question or follow-up.
This is a hands-on operations and project-management role for an experienced operator in a small, growing real estate company.
The role builds and governs trackers, scorecards, meeting rhythms, handoffs, backlogs, checklists, escalation rules, and operating tools.
Core Responsibilities
- Own a reliable pipeline view showing each active deal’s stage, owner, blocker, next action, and escalation point.
- Create KPI scorecards and facilitate weekly pipeline meetings with decisions and assigned actions.
- Define cross-functional routing, ownership, escalation paths, and handoffs across business functions.
- Translate business needs into development priorities, maintain the backlog, and run sprint and planning cadences.
- Drive disposition pace through ageing alerts, review rhythms, and ownership visibility.
- Build SOPs, checklists, templates, and automation and ensure the operating mechanisms are adopted.
- Recommend tools and systems within defined company parameters and resolve ordinary operating issues.
