Role Overview
AWS Global Sales Operations supports revenue, adoption and growth across small- and mid-market accounts through enterprise customers.
The role owns and executes the Australia and New Zealand technology strategy, including migration, modernization and GenAI priorities.
The position provides data, reporting and operational support to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Accelerate migration, modernization and GenAI initiatives by providing thought leadership, data and visibility to the technology organization.
- Drive definition and adoption of goals, programs and tooling to support business growth and strategic objectives.
- Track and report KPIs, goals, efficiency measures and trend analyses.
- Collaborate with senior operations managers across business areas and geographies to identify and implement best practices.
- Work with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption of global standards, processes and programs.
Collaboration Scope
- The role collaborates with Sales, Business Development, Professional Services, Partners, Worldwide Solution Architects and Customer Solutions Management.
