Role Overview
Support day-to-day business operations, improve internal processes, coordinate cross-functional activities, and provide accurate reporting and operational insights.
Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to support efficient business execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate internal teams and monitor operational performance, KPIs, sales activity, service levels, and business metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, management updates, and business reviews.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational discrepancies.
- Maintain processes, workflows, standard operating procedures, records, databases, and documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies and support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, requests, approvals, action items, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Assist with planning, forecasting, performance tracking, operational analysis, and management recommendations.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, clients, or service providers when required.
- Support new initiatives, product launches, business expansion, and operational projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of business, customer, financial, and operational information.
