Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and organizational challenges to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and evaluate business data for strategic planning and management decision-making.
• Develop business analyses, reports, presentations, and recommendations for corporate initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into practical business solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
• Support the design and implementation of solutions, processes, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, industry, and business performance analysis when required.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management performance reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, Sales, HR, and other departments on cross-functional projects.
• Assist with project planning, requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and implementation.
• Recommend workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and process standardization.
• Maintain documentation and support ad hoc analysis, research, and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, corporate solutions, consulting, operations, strategy, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, organizational operations, and performance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, project management, or business transformation is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant business, finance, economics, information systems, or management field is preferred.
