Role Overview

Analytics and Reporting

• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret business, operational, financial, customer, and digital data.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights and actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPI trackers, data visualizations, data models, and analytical frameworks.
• Monitor performance and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.

Digital Solutions and Transformation

• Translate business requirements into analytics projects, digital tools, automation solutions, and technology initiatives.
• Develop and support digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows through technology.
• Support digital transformation, process improvement, and technology-enabled business strategies.

Projects and Data Quality

• Gather and document requirements for digital transformation and technology projects.
• Support system implementation, testing, integration, data migration, User Acceptance Testing, and issue resolution.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and quality checks.
• Maintain documentation for data sources, reports, dashboards, processes, and digital solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Prepare performance reports and management presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Work with technical teams to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and support implementation.
• Research emerging technologies, analytics tools, automation platforms, and digital trends.

Required Experience and Capabilities

• Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digital solutions, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, automated reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• Understanding of digital transformation, process automation, and technology-enabled business improvement.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into digital or technical solutions.

Data and Stakeholder Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical business insights.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and confidentiality principles.
• Ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical projects and priorities with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, databases, data models, and data querying is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of Python, R, ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, APIs, workflow automation tools, or enterprise systems is advantageous.
• Experience with Power Automate, UiPath, or similar automation platforms is advantageous.
• Experience supporting digital projects, system implementations, UAT, or technology transformation initiatives is preferred.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree and professional certifications in analytics, cloud technologies, digital transformation, SQL, or business intelligence are preferred or advantageous.
