- Work closely with the Founder to oversee day to day operations across multiple businesses
- Monitor business performance, key projects, budgets, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate with department heads, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and improve operational processes, systems, and reporting structures across the group
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross functional initiatives and manage high priority tasks requiring executive oversight
- Support business planning, expansion initiatives, and evaluation of new opportunities
- Prepare regular business reports and executive dashboards for the Founder
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Business Management, Operations Management, Chief of Staff, General Management, or similar leadership role
- Proven experience managing or overseeing multiple businesses or business units simultaneously
- Experience working directly with business owners, founders, or CEOs is highly preferred
- Strong commercial and operational acumen with excellent organizational skills
- Experience implementing business systems, SOPs, CRM/ERP platforms, and project management tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with diverse business interests

About the Role
- Our client is seeking a highly capable Business Manager / Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder and oversee the operations of a diversified portfolio of businesses.
- This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing multiple business entities and can serve as the operational backbone of the organization.
- The portfolio includes businesses in real estate, construction, AI driven ventures, online businesses, manufacturing, and other growth initiatives.
