Role Overview

The RAQA Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst will join the Quality Data Analytics team.

The role turns quality and regulatory business requirements into data solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics.

The analyst works with business teams and supports periodic distribution and delivery of data and reports.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop data solutions for audit, post-market surveillance, product quality, regulatory affairs, supplier quality, quality systems, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes, KPIs, metrics, and requirements.
  • Extract and analyze data from EDW and systems including SAP, CRM, Salesforce, TrackWise, and Veeva.
  • Analyze data sets and system logs to identify trends and insights.
  • Design dashboards, automate reporting, and convert query solutions into self-service reporting tools.
  • Conduct code and application reviews and troubleshoot issues.
  • Apply data science approaches to automate processes and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain dashboard and report availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Create documentation covering methodology, best practices, and consistent processes.
  • Support report validation, regulatory compliance, audits, and ad hoc analysis.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Extensive business intelligence, data mining, reporting, and dashboard delivery experience in quality or regulatory functions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Salesforce, TrackWise, or Veeva.
  • Strong hands-on analytics experience with SQL, Python, data extraction, visualization, and data mining tools.
  • Experience generating dashboards in EDW or Snowflake environments.
  • Independent end-to-end project ownership and timely delivery experience.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and global regulatory standards.
  • Awareness of AI and machine learning concepts in data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, project management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree with 7 or more years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, regulatory, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience with advanced programming such as Snowflake or R for tool development and reporting is preferred alongside mandatory SQL and Python experience.
  • Familiarity with reporting practices across multiple regulatory agencies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Intuitive products is preferred.

Work Arrangement

  • Flexible working hours may occasionally be required for urgent business needs, audit support, or field action investigations.
