- Ensure successful execution and delivery of AV projects within budget and timelines
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high performing sales and technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Electronics, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in Audio Visual, Unified Communications, or System Integration industry
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or business management role
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities
- Strong network within UAE AV industry, consultants, contractors, and enterprise customers
- Valid UAE Driving License
- MBA preferred

Job Summary
- The Business Head – Audio Visual (AV) Solutions will be responsible for leading and growing the AV business unit of Misdaqia Technologies.
- The role will drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, manage key customer relationships, oversee sales and project delivery teams, and ensure achievement of business objectives across Corporate, Government, Education, Hospitality, Retail, and Enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the AV business strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base across UAE.
- Build strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end customers.
- Drive annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Establish partnerships with leading AV manufacturers and distributors.
- Lead the AV sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage key enterprise, government, hospitality, and education accounts.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Review and approve proposals, quotations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct executive level presentations and solution discussions with customers.
- Ensure successful execution and delivery of AV projects within budget and timelines.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in Audio Visual, Unified Communications, or System Integration industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or business management role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
- Strong network within UAE AV industry, consultants, contractors, and enterprise customers.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
