- Install, configure, and maintain LED displays and audio visual systems for client environments
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical layouts
- Perform system integrations and ensure LED solutions meet design specifications and quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and support system upgrades
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients
- Provide user training where required
- Document all configurations, changes, and support activities
Requirements
- Experience working with Digital Signage and LED display solutions, including mounting, calibration, content playback, and control systems
- Proven troubleshooting skills for AV, LED, and related networking issues
- Familiarity with low voltage cabling, basic networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs), and AV over IP solutions
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work on site at client locations, occasionally outside standard business hours, and handle physical aspects of installation work

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site AV LED Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The AV LED Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining LED displays and audio visual systems for a variety of client environments, including corporate, education, retail, and hospitality.
- Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, preparing technical layouts, performing system integrations, and ensuring that all LED solutions meet design specifications and quality standards.
- The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, performing routine preventive maintenance, and supporting system upgrades.
- The AV LED Engineer will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients, provide user training where required, and document all configurations, changes, and support activities.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Digital Signage and LED display solutions, including mounting, calibration, content playback, and control systems.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for AV, LED, and related networking issues, with the ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently under time constraints.
- Familiarity with low voltage cabling, basic networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs), and AV over IP solutions is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work on site at client locations, occasionally outside standard business hours, and to handle physical aspects of installation work.
