- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows, enabling automation, and scaling repeatable processes
- Remove execution blockers and ensure accountability across all stakeholders involved in growth delivery
Requirements
- Experience in growth, business operations, strategy, marketing, product marketing, consulting, or startup leadership roles
- Strong understanding of acquisition strategies, conversion optimization, customer journey mapping, and growth frameworks
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross functional initiatives and drive alignment without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions and measure performance
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business growth and commercial impact
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
